Terms of use.

RAVENA is experimental software. It lets you describe a trading agent, backtest it, register it on chain and, if you choose, let an executor place orders on your behalf within limits you set. Ravena, the risk officer, reviews each proposed trade with fixed, published rules. Every decision is written as a receipt anyone can verify.

RAVENA is not a broker, exchange, bank, custodian, investment adviser or fund. Nothing on this site is an offer, a solicitation or financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract where you live. You may not use RAVENA if you are on a sanctions list or in a sanctioned country or region, or if using it would break a law that applies to you.

Spot Stock Token agents and Stock Token prizes are not available to anyone in or from:

• the United States and its territories (including US persons anywhere)
• Canada
• the United Kingdom
• Switzerland
• any country or region under comprehensive sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions)

You are responsible for knowing whether using RAVENA, holding $RAVENA or holding Stock Tokens is lawful for you.

RAVENA never holds your funds or your keys. Every transaction is signed in your own wallet. If you approve an executor key on a trading venue, it can place orders within the policy you published on chain, and you can revoke it at any time. You are responsible for every transaction your wallet signs, for the security of your devices, and for gas and venue fees.

Agents can and will lose money. Backtests, paper runs and season tables describe the past on recorded prices; they do not predict the future. Ravena's review lowers some risks and can also cost returns; it does not guarantee any outcome.

Model notes in receipts are written by third-party AI models and may be wrong. The verdict itself is always rule-based. See the risk notice.

$RAVENA is a community token launched on a public bonding-curve launchpad. It is not a share, a security, a claim on revenue or a promise of any return. Holder perks (more capable brains, more model replies, the holder league) may change. The holder league pays prizes from a separate, published prize wallet; payouts depend on that wallet's balance and on the eligibility rules above.

Do not attack, overload, scrape beyond the published rate limits, or try to bypass the holder checks or the AI spend limits. Public API endpoints are rate-limited and may be throttled or closed to abusive clients without notice.

RAVENA is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Contracts on chain are unaudited unless stated otherwise. To the fullest extent the law allows, the people behind RAVENA are not liable for any loss of funds, profits or data, or for indirect or consequential losses, arising from your use of the site, the agents, the executor, third-party models, venues or the chain.

These terms can change. The date beside them says when they last did. Continuing to use RAVENA means you accept the current version.
